If you have ordered before, you can place an order immediately without completing any formalities.
Is it necessary to fill in the questionnaire form?
Yes, it is necessary to fill in the questionnaire. It allows our healthcare professionals to verify your eligibility and confirm if the prescribed treatment is suitable for you. All questionnaires are carefully and thoroughly assessed before issuing you the treatment.
Is it possible to place orders for someone else?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to place an order on someone else’s behalf. Like an NHS general physician, we deal with patients directly. If needed, you can have someone assist you in navigating our website or services. Still, for safety and accuracy, all medical questions and responses must come from the person receiving the treatment. This direct coordination enables us to better evaluate individual needs.
How can I consult with a healthcare expert?
If you already have an account on Weight Loss Pharmacy, you can use it to contact our medical team. Within 24 hours of contact, you will receive a response from them. Unfortunately, we do not take phone calls.
How long will it take for my injections to be delivered?
Generally, all orders are delivered the following day of order placement. Since we operate from Monday to Thursday, any order placed on Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday and delivered the next day.
Is the service confidential?
Yes. Our service is confidential. We maintain all patient records in strict confidence and privacy. We retrieve patient information through secure mediums on encrypted machines, preventing it from becoming publicly available.
Do I have to consult my GP?

Delivery of Mounjaro & Wegovy Injections
How do you transport the injections?
We transport all prescription injections, including Wegovy and Mounjaro, using temperature-controlled, secure delivery services. We utilise cold packs to ensure the medication stays safe and effective throughout the journey. We package every order discreetly without mentioning the contents or pharmacy name on the outside to ensure confidentiality.

Will my delivery information be kept confidential?
Yes. No package mentions patient information or the contents of the package. We ensure the complete confidentiality of our patients at all times.
Is it possible to change the date or address of delivery?
You may change the date or address of your delivery once your order has been approved. You will need to contact our customer support team to request a change. However, changing it once the order has been dispatched is impossible.
What if my Mounjaro or Wegovy order arrives late?
If your Mounjaro or Wegovy order arrives late, please refrigerate the consumables immediately. Contact our customer support team to request an investigation. Until then, avoid returning the contents or using them. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your eligibility for a refund.
What happens if I am not in to receive my order?
If nobody is available to receive your order, it will be returned to the nearest delivery post. You are required to collect your package within 48 hours. After this period, the pens may become ineffective as they use cool packs to remain intact and usable. Since all dispatched orders require a confirmatory signature upon receipt, you must be present at the time of delivery.
Where can I find Mounjaro or Wegovy pens inside the packaging?
You can find your Mounjaro or Wegovy pens encased within temperature-regulated packaging. A temperature-controlled enclosure is necessary to store the pens at the desired temperature, ensuring they remain effective and potent.

Is it possible to cancel my order or get a refund?
Yes, it is possible to cancel your order or get a refund. We will offer a full refund as long as the treatments are not yet dispatched. Once dispatched, they are labelled specifically for you and securely packaged, making it non-returnable and non-refundable, in line with UK legislation governing the sale and supply of prescription medicines.
What happens if my pens come in faulty?
Contact our customer support team through your account if your pens arrive faulty. Our team will be in touch with you shortly. Until then, refrain from using the consumables.

Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, you can change your delivery address before we dispatch your order. Once it is dispatched, you will not be able to change the date or address of your delivery.

Can I take my Mounjaro pen with me in my luggage?
You can take your Mounjaro pen in your hand luggage if you store it properly in its carton and keep it at the required temperature. If it is unopened, it must be kept between 2°C and 8°C. You can utilise cool packs for this. If it has been used, you must keep it at room temperature (up to 30°C) but no more than 28 days.
How long can Mounjaro be unrefrigerated?
Mounjaro injection remains useful at room temperature (30°C) for up to 28 days only.
Post Treatment Consultation
When can I start Mounjaro after Wegovy?
Switching from Wegovy to Mounjaro should only be exercised under an expert’s guidance. However, in most cases, wait at least a week after your last Wegovy dose before switching to Mounjaro. Your clinician will determine the safest starting dose based on your previous treatment and response to it.
What to do once the Mounjaro treatment is completed?
After completing your Mounjaro treatment, consult your healthcare provider for a reassessment. They would examine your weight and overall health, lay out a dietary plan to help you maintain your weight, and monitor weight regain. Furthermore, it is advisable to consult with your general physician to determine if restarting or switching to a new treatment would be appropriate. It is best to seek medical supervision in case of sudden withdrawal.
What happens when you stop taking Wegovy?
When you stop taking Wegovy, you may notice a return of appetite, steady weight regain over time, or less control over portion sizes or cravings. Maintaining healthy eating habits and regular physical activity is essential to minimise these effects. Your clinician may also suggest alternative treatments or a maintenance plan to help you manage your condition.
Can I restart Wegovy treatment?
Yes, it is safe to restart Wegovy treatment; however, you may need to start on a lower dose to minimise potential side effects. Expert supervision is always recommended before resuming, particularly when it has been 4 weeks since your last dose.
What to expect after your first Mounjaro injection?
Most people tolerate the first dose of Mounjaro well. Patients may occasionally experience mild side effects, such as nausea, bloating, gas, a sense of fullness, or reduced appetite. These symptoms may persist temporarily but typically disappear as soon as your body adjusts to the treatment. We recommend avoiding greasy foods and consuming smaller meals for a few days after your first Mounjaro injection.
How do you get the best results from Wegovy?
Wegovy is a proven treatment that works best if adhered to properly. Administering injections on schedule, maintaining a balanced, low-calorie diet, exercising regularly, and ensuring sufficient water intake will help you achieve the best results over time.
Can I stay on Wegovy forever?
Wegovy is approved for long-term use, and many people continue to use it for extended periods to maintain their weight loss. However, your healthcare provider will review your progress regularly to decide if continued treatment is right for you. Some patients may eventually taper off with the right lifestyle changes in place.
How can we get Wegovy out of the system faster?
Wegovy has a long half-life (~7 days). It stays in your system for several weeks after your last dose. Currently, there is no safe way to accelerate its elimination. The best course is to stop use as directed and let your body naturally process the medication. If you experience any side effects, consult your clinician, and do not attempt to “flush it out” without medical advice.
Note: Half-life of a substance is the period it takes for that substance to reduce to half its value.
